Hi! I'm Jesse. All art you see here is inspired by life with my cat Aiko. Every print is hand-drawn and shipped by me from my studio in Colorado.

Printed on archival, 100lb Speckletone paper: a 100% recycled, semi-smooth paper with small specks and shives that provide a vintage and elegant finish.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for prints and products.

Purchases of original and limited edition art is non-refundable. All sales are final.

Last year a very small kitten was meowing outside of my window, and I frantically tried to take her in. I quickly found that my neighborhood attracts a lot of raccoons, and all my attempts to lure her in were in vain. Shes grown now and I see her roaming around every now and again though.

I started researching and considering adopting a kitten and how it would be for my current queen of the house, Aiko. She gets VERY territorial when she sees cats outside the house, and I heard from many people that if I were to get one kitten, that I should actually get two so they could play with each other, and Aiko could have some peace. 

I learned that senior cats find the energy of new kittens to be overwhelming and they often get annoyed and want their space. Ultimately this was the inspiration behind this poster. Many kittens "torment" the senior cat with all their new and playful energy and the senior cat's can't, or don't want to keep up. Thus the rivalry begins!

I know there are special cases where a senior cat gets enlivened, re-animated, and even happier with a new kitten, but I decided that it would be better for Aiko to have me all to herself.

Meet the Artist


Hey, I’m Jesse, a multidisciplinary artist living in Colorado, drawing daily inspiration from my cat Aiko and the beautifully chaotic lives of cats everywhere.

It started in 2021, when I adopted Aiko from a no-kill shelter in Denver. The moment we met, everything changed. I started drawing what I was seeing and feeling: mischief, stillness, sudden joy. That turned into a growing body of work now loved by cat people around the world.

Each piece is hand-drawn, signed, and shipped from my studio. I’m honored to share these moments of feline magic with fellow cat lovers like you.
