Shipping policy
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS! The MOST common reason for lost or delayed mail is an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days and shipped primarily via USPS. Other options offered are UPS and DHL.
Orders over $55 in the US and $100 for international orders (outside of the US) qualify for free shipping. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cheapest, tracked shipping option will be selected. This is almost always USPS Ground advantage for domestic orders (US) and USPS First Class International for orders outside of the US.
In service of making my art as accessible as possible, I offer USPS First Class, and USPS Flat Rate International. These shipping services DO NOT include tracking. These are stamped letters and take on average 5-9 business days for orders in the US and 7-21 business days for outside of the US.
Sometimes orders get lost in the mail. I do my best to accommodate and send replacements.
Please note that shipping delays, lost or damaged packages are not the responsibility of Jesse Jarldane Art. Once packages are dropped off to curriers, it is out of our control.
